About the project
Digital is transforming many traditional sectors in brilliant ways with Micro finance sector being no exception. The goal behind this virtualization initiative is also to enable the business – increase coverage area to gain new clients, deliver new services, improve the client experience and demonstrate professionalism to stakeholders. We used our expertise in the particular domain to lay the technological foundation for helping the business increase its digital footprint and improve customer experience as well.
